Patti Seda
Patti Seda is a highly experienced HR executive, speaker and author with a proven track record helping clients with succession planning, talent and hiring challenges, and increasing team engagement. She is an MPO Certified Analyst and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I 2.0) Certified Coach, giving her deep insight on how to develop high-performance teams.
As her MPO personality reflects, Patti is known for her lively disposition, creative problem solving and passion for helping others succeed. With a natural sense of empathy, logic and strategy, she is able to quickly uncover root challenges and help her clients find clarity on their next steps.
Patti is a wife, mom of three and grandma to six. She enjoys morning walks with her yellow labs, Gus and Hank, spending quality time with her family and friends, and traveling with her husband, Dan.
Ashley Rambo
Ashley Rambo is an established leadership coach and HR/talent professional known for her work in employee development and engagement. She brings Patti Seda Consulting a unique understanding of how both people and organizations can reach their full potential. She is also a MPO Certified Analyst and Trainer.
As her MPO profile reflects, Ashley is skilled at helping clients identify their unique talents and deploying them to achieve business objectives. Both warm and direct, she is willing to meet people where they are to help them move forward in the best way possible.
Ashley is a wife and mom to four energetic boys. She loves yoga, crafting and spending time outdoors on her hobby farm with her goats, chickens and two dogs, Thor and Lucy.
